1-2-1 Sessions.
A 1-2-1 mountain bike skills course allows for more flexibility within our existing course framework, so whether you're at an advanced, intermediate, beginner level or even need to learn to ride a bike from scratch, having an instructor to yourself for the day guarantees maximum improvement.
Designing a 1-2-1 course of skills exercises aimed specifically at an individuals level of riding ensures they will receive just what they need in a package to suit their objectives and fitness levels.

Private group training enables riders of different skills and fitness levels to spend time riding and learning together. All skills exercises will be differentiated to ensure improvement at all levels the limiting factors on group days tend to be fitness based, on a private skills day this doesn't matter and everyone can relax and enjoy the ride.
